【摘要】:Inspectionpersonneltrainedforcoatingworkarerequiredtoperformexamination/inspectiontaskstoverifyconformanceofcoatingworktowritteninstructions/specifications.Withtheuseofthisguide,thoseresponsibleforindoctrinationandtraining,shouldbeabletodevelopanappropriateprogramfortraininginspectionpersonnelinvolvedincoatingwork.Itshouldbeunderstoodthatmasteryofthesubjectmatteraddressedinthisguidewillnotbyitselfresultinthecertificationofinspectors.CertificationofinspectionpersonnelforcoatingworkcanbeobtainedasoutlinedinGuideD4537.Thisguidemaybemodifiedforuseinnonnuclearfacilities.1.1Thisguideisintendedtoassistthoseresponsiblefordevelopingaprogramfortheindoctrinationandtrainingofinspectionpersonnelforcoatingworkinnuclearfacilities.1.2Itisrecognizedthatorganizationsandjobresponsibilitiesvarywidelyamongutilitiesandalsoamongvarioussupportandservicecompanies.Portionsoftheprogrammaynotbeapplicableinallcases.Therefore,itistheresponsibilityofeachcompanytoidentifytheappropriatesubjectmatterforitsorganizationanditssitespecificneeds.1.3Usersofthisguidemustensurethatcoatingsworkcompliesnotonlywiththisguide,butalsowiththelicensee'splant-specificqualityassuranceprogramandlicensingcommitments.
