【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesperformancerequirementsformetallicroll-overprotectivestructures(ROPS)forearth-movingmachinery,aswellasaconsistentandreproduciblemeansofevaluatingthecompliancewiththeserequirementsbylaboratorytestingusingstaticloadingonarepresentativespecimen.NOTE1ThestructurecanalsoprovideFOPS(falling-objectprotectivestructure)protection.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoROPSintendedforthefollowingmobilemachineswithseatedoperatorasdefinedinISO6165andwithamassgreaterthanorequalto700kg:?dozer;?loader;?backhoeloader;?dumper;?pipelayer;?tractorsection(primemover)ofacombinationmachine(e.g.tractorscraper,articulatedframedumper);?grader;?landfillcompactor;?roller;?trencher.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletotrainingseatsoradditionalseatsforoperationofanattachment.NOTE2Itisexpectedthatreasonablecrushprotectionforaseat-beltedoperatorwillbeprovidedunderatleasttheconditionsofaninitialforwardvelocityof0km/hto16km/honahardclaysurfaceof30°maximumslopeinthedirectionofroll,and360°ofrollaboutthelongitudinalaxisofthemachinewithoutlossofcontactwiththeslope.NOTE3ThisInternationalStandardcanbeusedtoprovideguidancetothemanufacturersofroll-overprotectivestructuresshoulditbedecidedtoprovidesuchprotectionfortheseorothermachinesforaparticularapplication.
