【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsforappliancesforhouseholdandsimilarpurposestopreventthebacksiphonageofnon-potablewaterintothewatermains.Italsospecifiesrequirementsforhose-setsusedforconnectingsuchappliancestothewatermainsthatsupplywateratapressurenotexceeding1MPa.NOTE1Examplesofsimilarpurposesaretheinstallationofappliancesincanteens,restaurants,launderettesandcommunalflats.NOTE2Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto-appliancesusedfordrycleaning;-appliancesformedicalpurposes;-appliancesintendedforindustrialpurposes;waterheatersthatareanintegralpartofthewatersupplysystem;-watercoolersthatareanintegralpartofthewatersupplysystem.NOTE3Theconnectionoftheappliancetothewatermainsmaybetemporaryorpermanent.NOTE4Whenreferenceismadetothewatermains,watersuppliedfromacisternorsimilarsystemisalsoincluded.NOTE5Manycountrieshaverequirementsconcerningthepreventionofcontaminationofpotablewaterasaresultofcontactwithunsuitablematerialsupstreamofabackflowpreventiondevice.
